OpenMath Workshop Paper: The Intergeo File Format in Progress

About this page

This page is the prefabrication page of the paper intended to be submitted to the OpenMath Workshop.

Planned tight schedule:

  • Tuesday 28th of April: discuss paper at teleconference (done)
  • Friday May 1st: submit abstract (deadline one day later, an abstract is easy and it is accepted by most) (done)
  • Thu 7h: discussion at teleconference
  • Thu 7th: will move to TeX: to intergeo/Papers/2009-OpenMathWorkshop/
  • Mon 11th: full submission: a full paper submission
Editing this page is allowed for members of the SoftwareMakers group. It seems that the only safe strategy is to edit the original document by clicking this text and ignoring the pen buttons.

  • Any reason we are not using svn and TeX? -- Ulli
  • None… and LNCS will be needed. Web-nature is slightly more spontaneous as a start, parallel work is more difficult -- Paul
  • I would propose to move to svn as soon as next teleconference, when the paper starts to have a final look -- Paul

Potential skeleton

  • introduction: value of DGS etc (Ulli Christian? Yves?)
  • review of pre-existing CDs (Jesus, Miguel, Francisco)
  • design decisions (constraints, parts, format packaging: copies/summary from the deliverable) (Paul)
  • content dictionaries achieved set of symbols(Maxim, Dani)
  • current wish-list (Jesus, Miguel, Francisco)
  • implementation progress, library, and test-suite (Yves)
  • mathematical problems (Ulli)
  • soon future: API, implementation. platform services? (Ulli, or Yves)
