Computes the two intersection points of a circle and a line.

If there is only one intersection point, each DGS is free to return two copies of the same point, or return one copy and an undefined value.

If there are no intersection points, each DGS is free to return two undefined values or two complex points.

Actually, the arguments do nto have to be a line and a circle, but a member of the line_family and circle_family. See Intersection of extended elements.
