intersection_points_of_conic_and_line(p1, p2, c, l) finds the intersection points of conic c and line l and writes them in points p1 and p2.

The behaviour of this function is system dependent; those DGS which allow for complex coordinates are free to always return 2 points, and algebraic multiplicities might be taken into account in order to decide whether to return a duplicated point.

Actually, c does not have to be a conic and l does not have to be a line; they can be any kind of member in the conic_family and line_family, respectively. See Intersection of extended elements.
