This constraint returns “the other” intersection point of a circle and a line.

That is; given a point P that we know belongs in a circle c and a line l, other_intersection_point_of_circle_and_line(Q,P,c,l) will store in Q the other intersection point.

Actually, it is not necessary that c be a circle and l a line; they could be members of the circle_family and line_family, see Intersection of extended elements.

In case there are less than two intersection points of the circle and line, each DGS should make the behaviour of this constraint consistent with that of intersection_points_of_circle_and_line.
