other_intersection_point_of_two_circles

This constraint returns “the other” intersection between two circles.

That is, if we know that P is an intersection point of two circles c and d, then other_intersection_point_of_two_circles(Q,P,c,d) will store in Q the other intersection point.

If there are less than two intersection points, the behaviour of this constraint should be consistent with that of intersection_points_of_two_circles. In particular, the "circles" may not be circles but members of the circle_family; see Intersection of extended elements.
