Returns the vector of a ray; that is, the ray is defined by starting at one point and moving in the direction of this vector. For instance, the ray of { (1,y) : y real >= 2 } is (0,1).

NOTE: This vector is not uniquely defined. In particular, it should not be assumed that it is the same vector as the one used in the constructor constraint ray_from_point_and_vector, since some DGS might prefer normalizing this vector.
